Description: This software installs the Sonnet Firmware Updater and Sonnet Firmware Remover applications to your computer's Mac OS X Applications folder. Sonnet Firmware Updater installs the firmware patch necessary to support Encore/ZIF (700 MHz and faster) and various Encore/ST processor upgrade cards. Version 3.1 adds support for Power Macintosh G3 (Blue & White) and all Power Mac G4 computers.
Computers: Power Macintosh G3 (Blue & White) and Power Mac G4 (all models).
Note: Users running Mac OS X Version 10.5 should use version 3.2 of Encore Firmware Updater Installer (Mac OS X Version 10.5).
