785 What cables are compatible with the Sonnet Thunderbolt lock for Echo Express, xMac mini Server, and xMac Pro Server products?Aug-15-14
Apple's, Sonnet's, and most other copper Thunderbolt cables can be locked in place with the Sonnet two-connector lock.

In the case of using one copper Thunderbolt cable and one mini Display Port cable or adapter, the lock will secure the Thunderbolt cable without securing the mini Display Port cable or adapter.

Optical Thunderbolt cables are not supported at all with the Sonnet lock. The lock may not be used at all if one of the Thunderbolt cables is optical.

1066 Matrox Cards do not support Windows 10 Fast Startup option.Nov-30-23
When using Matrox Cards in a Thunderbolt Expansion chassis, you need to disable Fast Startup under Windows 10.

To disable Fast Startup, first, open your power options by hitting Windows+X or right-clicking your Start menu and selecting Power Options. In the Power Options window, click "Choose what the power buttons do."

If this is the first time you've messed with these settings, you'll need click "Change settings that are currently unavailable" to make the Fast Startup option available for configuration.

Scroll to the bottom of the window and you should see "Turn on fast startup (recommended)", along with other shutdown settings. Just uncheck this box to disable Fast Startup. Save your changes and shut down your system.
