If your computer supports two 4k displays over Thunderbolt 3 (see FAQ 903), and you have an early 4k display that needs MST to achieve 60Hz refresh, then you must lower the refresh rate to 30Hz to light two displays.

Many early 4K displays use Multi-Stream Transport (MST) to achieve 4k @ 60Hz. Because Thunderbolt 3 has a maximum of only two streams of video (some computers have only one stream, see FAQ 903), you cannot support two MST displays at 60Hz. Change the refresh rate of both monitors to 30Hz and change monitor setting MST to SST.
Sharp PN-K321: Choose Menu > Setup > DisplayPort STREAM > MST > Disable
ASUS PQ321Q: Choose OSD menu > Setup > DisplayPort Stream >Disable
Dell UP2414Q and UP3214Q: Choose Menu > Display Setting > DisplayPort 1.2 > DIsable
Panasonic TC-L65WT600: Choose Menu > Display Port Settings > Stream Setting > Disable
Other DisplayPort displays: check with the display manufacturer for compatibility information.
