Notes
• Before running the updater, you must disconnect all devices from your Windows host except for the Thunderbolt 5 device you’re updating.
• If you’re updating Dock, you must also disconnect all downstream devices connected to the dock; the firmware updater cannot launch unless all devices are disconnected from the dock.
• Before running the updater, “safely remove” (eject) any installed SSD. |
