Description: This release adds support for updating Sonnet Thunderbolt 5 products, and updates your product’s NVM to version 69 to improve reliability. This updater runs only under macOS; Windows users must use the Windows version of the updater.

Notes:
• Before running the updater, you must disconnect all devices from your Mac host except for the dock or PCIe card expansion system you’re updating.
• If you’re updating a Thunderbolt 5 Dock, you must also disconnect all downstream devices connected to the dock; the firmware updater cannot launch unless all devices are disconnected from the dock.
• Before running the updater on a Thunderbolt 5 SSD Dock, you must also unmount (eject) any installed SSD.

When you boot an M1 or M2 Mac with an Echo III PCIe Expansion Chassis connected —AND— you have a monitor or USB device connected to the downstream port of the PCIe expansion chassis, one of the HDX cards will not enumerate.

Solution: After booting, Plug in PCIe chassis, monitor or USB device. We expect this to be fixed in macOS Ventura.
