Go into device manager and "Scan for new Devices" to see an insertion or ejection. \f1 The CF cards use a hard disk IDE driver that does not expect hot plugging. Sonnet is developing an update that will allow hot plug.
If you purchased your Qio before November 2011, you will need to update internal Qio ROMs to allow Windows to enable hot plug. This updater needs to be run from a Macintosh.
This is a Microsoft Windows driver bug with some 64GB CF cards. Sonnet is working with Microsoft to resolve this issue. (64GB and 128GB CF cards work fine with Qio and Qio-CF in OS X.)
